Ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat
- 4 tomatoes (or 8 small)
- 3 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Butter
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation of the recipe
- Peel and chop the onions, peel and chop the garlic cloves.
- Place half of the onions in the sausage meat. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and a little parsley.
- Cut off the top of the tomatoes and core them. Season the inside with pepper and salt. Put the stuffing inside and put the hats back on.
