Ingredients:

 

  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsps. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, squeezed

Preparation of the recipe

 

  1. Prepare your pan, to sauté; add olive oil inside the pot, once heated. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in the pan with olive oil. Cook the chicken, adding garlic powder from both sides.
  3. Turn the chicken frequently until golden brown for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add the lemon juice on each side.
  5. Finally serve, preferably add vegetables with it.
