Key Lime Pie - easy peasy and a real pleaser !
Key lime juice - in a bottle at almost any supermarket
I can condensed milk
Either Cool Whip or whipped cream.
I pre-crusted pie pan ( graham cracker or oreo )
That's it !
Mix the cond. milk and cream about 1/2 and 1/2
Gently fold in the lime juice - careful not to put very much, or the cream mixture could break, so, taste as you add ( lime juice is pretty strong ).
Fill the pie tin, smoothing the mixture evenly.
Now, you could scallop the edges with wipped cream or not. I like to cut thin slices of lime in half and put them around the edges, with a round slice in the middle. Looks marvellous and tells everyone what it is !
Loosley cover w/ plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving, you can makes this the day before as well. This is really good and rich.
Good luck !

Pour 1 Butter Cake Mix (Duncan Hines), 1 egg, 1 stick butter (rm temp) into bowl and mix well. Batter will be thick. Then pat in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Helps to wet fingers and just do it with your "clean" hand.

Mix 1 8oz cream cheese, 3 eggs, 1 bx conf sugar and pour over batter

bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. will be dark brown

Line a pan with graham cracker crust. Top that with chocolate pudding. Then place cool whip on top of that and garnish with nuts. Very good dessert. Never lasts long. Hope this helps!
